progressive wear-out of tight clearance components.

Piston
Rings for example are among the most contaminant
sensitive engine components. The centrifugal filter
Eliminator TM Series offers all means of
complementing the cleaning action of the full flow
filter to remove the dirt that causes the most ring
wear.

Paper
filter removes particles of the size of 5 micron and
above only. These 5 micron and larger particles
cause the least wear and tear of engines. The
particles that are less than 5 micron which cause
the maximum wear and tear of engine should be
removed for the prolonged life of engine

Centrifugal
force provides a dynamic means to capture the
smaller sized 0.2 microns to 10 microns contaminant
that cause the maximum wear, providing longer life
to overhaul. These contaminants cannot be removed by
paper filter.

Oil
Additive Packages
Recent
studies conducted in various research lab confirm the
use of a centrifuge significantly improves the life of
the lubricating oil additive package. This is especially
true for Diesel Engines where the lube oil is being
exposed to high levels of soot. If this soot had been
allowed to remain in the oil it would have continued to
consume useful additive. The centrifuges unique ability
to remove large quantities of soot from the oil
therefore leaves the remaining additive free to perform
advances in additive technology now allow greater
alignment with specific engine design and oil condition.
