POCS is trolley mounted portable oil cleaning and filtration system based on centrifuge technology. It is a 100% consumables free filtration system .The system houses as standard equipment, mainly a gear pump, motor, starter, several sensing and indicating equipments and centrifuge. The user has a choice to go for fitment of additional optional accessories like heating chamber, flame proof motor etc at extra cost.

The heart of oil cleaning centrifuge system is state of art centrifuge (s). High-pressure oil flows in to the centrifuge rotor assembly through passages that feed the rotor spindle. This pressure and flow is converted in to rotational energy. As oil escapes through the rotor jet producing speed in the range of 4000-8000 RPM. Forces on the oil in he rotating centrifuge exceed 2000 times that of gravity. This pushes dirt and wears debris against side inner wall of rotor bowl where it collects in black rubbery mass. Centrifugally cleaned oil is guided back to oil sump/tank by gravity. The simple rotor cleaning procedure is accomplished in five minuets of time
